Hascor International Group operates 2 production plants in Tamos - Tampico, Mexico specialized in the production of Ferro Alloys & Metal Powders for the Welding Electrode, Hard Facing, Flux Cored Wire, Steel Cored Wire industries and many others.

Our aim is to supply our customers with quality products tailor made for your needs. We are one of the few companies in our industry, offering a true "one stop” supply source for every metal powder need.

We produce our powders under the ISO 9001-2008 certification approved by the quality department of Perry Johnson.

We constantly strive to innovate under every situation and constraint, to offer our customers innovative, “tailor made” solutions.

In spite of strong competition, Hascor stands out for numerous reasons, not the least of which is our unique and highly efficient Furnace Operation capable of returning and reprocessing most of our raw materials and feed stock.

With our 16 furnaces, highly motivated and customer-based team, global operations, expertise, and its own IN HOUSE laboratory; Hascor sets the standard in the industry for integrated metals and materials solutions.

Sizes available for the Welding & Hard Facing industry

20 mesh, 40 mesh, 50 mesh, 60 mesh or 80 mesh. Any other size can be produced upon request.

Sizes available for the Cored Wire industry

For the cored wire industry we offer special sizes of 10 x 325 mesh or 16 x 325 mesh.

Packing

Standard packing 1mt big bag on pallet.
Also available in super sacks.
Drums of 250 kg or 500 kg
Paper bags of 25 kg or 50 kg

Rutile Sand

Hascor is one of the leading Agents / Distributors of Sierra Rutile Limited (SRL), Sierra Leone. The SRL mine is well known as the world’s largest and highest grade Rutile deposit.
